Hey fellas...checking in with my touring build. It’s been quite a journey from having, to not having, and then back to having PTS again. I was seriously considering GTS red but eventually went back to my original choice of Oslo blue. Second time around so happy that I had gotten PTS back, I decided to go with some Cognac leather and houndstooth inserts for the buckets. Other details include the standard chrome trim, silver LED, satin aluminum wheels, and also silver seat belts. Build is in November and delivery early January 2019. Here are some renders courtesy Anthony at NS2 Media. Thanks for looking! Best, Tom
Oslo - what a great choice for a Touring! Can't wait to see this!
Went to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Lichtenstein, Italy, France and Monaco.

You're on the list!
Just got real, my car is completed and it's waiting for me in Europe- 45 days until pick up!
Wow. This Auratium Green (available at Porsche Greenwich) is a gorgeous shade of green indeed. Reminds me a bit of olive, just as nice in my eyes. The red calipers look boss next to the green. Only wish it had the base Xenons for that old-school vibe which this color provides in spades.
Looks awesome! Colour looks very rich in these pics. Reminds me of a Steelcase desk in my doctors office.
Just got an update today...She's V332 and on her way. I assume a Labor Day delivery? I think that puts her on the Euphrates Highway. Need to start looking for good PPF people...
I learned today my car has been pushed back. Again. Late Nov.
Meanwhile, I learn here that others are getting new allocations with PTS and CXX (I was denied) and take delivery 1-2 months after mine.
In the words of the famous coroner Dr. Henry Lee: something is wrong...
Yes, agreed something is wrong.
Porsche's randomness with the PTS scheduling, while much better than being denied, should be done on a first in first out basis. Martin (who almost blew up Rennlist with his for sale post yesterday) is my favorite example. He was not a first allocation customer, his allocation was for January 18, while mine was a first allocation originally scheduled for Sept '17. Yet his car was delivered in his original production schedule, while I was pushed out ultimately to July 2018. He has had his car delivered and now sold (!) his car while I am still waiting! Yes, this is not really fair or a correct way to treat customers.
When talking up the food chain at Porsche, I have confirmed the allocation changes are totally random. They didn't do it to target me, or favor anyone (like Martin), it is just the best they can do to accommodate orders. They need to work on it clearly.
Sorry for your continued delay. This pretty well sums it up LOL!
