Whoever ordered my car spec'd the model designation delete which I always thought made the rear look a bit plain. Decided to pick up the 981 badge from Suncoast and installed it last night. Came out pretty well considering I mostly freehanded it. Also installed the obligatory LED side markers.

Nice upgrade, do you have part #? Thanks in advance...

Drove the Spyder in the beautiful weather in Atlanta over to Porsche Perimeter where I got to test drive the new Taycan Turbo. Holy cow that thing is fast. Starts pulling and doesn't stop! Fit and finish is light years beyond Tesla. Not what I'd buy with $170k, but a really amazing car nevertheless.

DIY oil and filter change. Used liftbars to put the car in the air, along with a better oil catch pan, while pulling a sample for analysis.
Perfect refill with approx. 8.5 quarts, not a single spec of debris in the filter... good for another 5,000 miles.
Gotten this down to a pretty seamless and spill-free operation.

I replaced the rear Boxster emblem.. as with many others - my B lost it's bottom tail (I actually found it - and reinstalled it - but the crack in the B was too much for my OCD..) It's the first job I've done on the Boxster that went like planned and finished with no surprises. I'll have to take a few pics tomorrow.
Got to the pics:
Before (see crack in yellow circle?)
After - I like the brighter look of the emblem too.
