Yep, drove with the top down last two days now. Expect to do the same today.

The downside... no white Christmas this year.

Nice, but you should record/measure it outside of the garage. That will change the sound a ton.

Nice Jewelry! Did you happen to weight the old and new rotors to confirm weight savings? Any notable difference in feel?

Did not weight them, but as per GiroDisc...
PORSCHE CAYMAN ROTOR PACKAGES
SIZE:
Front: Factory 317 mm/GiroDisc 340 mm
Rear: Factory 298 mm/GiroDisc 325 mm

WEIGHT:
Front: Factory 19.85 lbs./GiroDisc 17.25 lbs.
Rear: Factory 14.0 lbs./GiroDisc 15.00 lbs.
It's definitely noticeable since both my factory rotors & pads were very worn and I put new rotors & pads in, so it's not fair to make direct comparison to stock.

Yesterday washed the Boxster.. today I took it to lunch on backroads in NJ (there are some very nice ones in horse country like western NJ) and thrashed it around corners at every opportunity with the top DOWN. Great fun in Sport and Sport Plus.. let's have more 55F days.

Unfortunately mine is off insurance and put away or I would have done the same! last week in Michigan it was 15F on Tuesday and 52F yesterday, go figure.

So I went looking at stuff on Suncoast's site. New shifter cables look appealing....and the GT shifter.

Took my Spyder (along with buddy's GT4) up to north Georgia and carved up some amazing roads. Here's a shot from Hogpen Gap.

Default Installed a K&N Air Filter

Took a little bit of wiggling around but got it in and as always the K&N filter is a winner. Used them previously on most of my bikes.

Wow, there's a unicorn. Beautiful. Can't imagine there's many 987.1 Caymans with PCCB.

I saw some others had cleaned this and had to clean it too! And color matched those chrome headlight washers...
