80.
A targa.
1 of 2 in mint green.
Maybe to a Leprechaun that likes the wind in his fur.

It is a great colour, no doubt.

Honestly...the guy that buys that for 80k has too much money to burn...he could have 2 perfect completely sorted 964s...maybe even a coupe, a cab, and a targa...for 80k

These asks are crazy these days...I get that it's mint green and rare...but it's mint green, not Mexico blue...There are fewer buyers in the green range...

Nice car though. If the ask were reasonable it would sell quickly.

A 10K mile Speedster, on eBay -

eBay - 1994 Porsche 964 Speedster

Interesting to note that the condition is somewhat less nice than my 30K mile coupe.

Mileage is not always indicative of condition. My 38k mile turbo is cleaner than many sub 20k mile cars I know of.

They could have at least cleaned all the polish out of the edges and hood badge before taking pictures. The car was probably neglected for years and recently polished out to improve the paint. You can see swirl marks from polishing in some of the pictures.

Still a nice low mileage example.

Hilarious! 3800 miles.
I could not begin to imagine all the things that would be wrong with that car. Sitting for 25 years.
It is handsome. I will give it that.

Just because a car has low mileage doesn't automatically mean it has sat neglected for all these years. I have seen 30+ year old cars with less mileage that are better maintained than most driven cars and in factory new condition. They are run regularly with complete maintenance, records of when and how long they were started and many times driven short distances to keep things lubricated and from seizing up. Not to mention stored in climate controlled environments.

If you are a serious collector whatever the condition can always be rectified but you can never reverse documented mileage and originality.

I could see $35K and would have bought it at that price, but $80k is borderline delusional.
