London 964 - Nurburgring and Spa weekend 2012

Nice one Alex . What nights do you want reserving for the hotel? At least Friday and Saturday I presume?
p.s. If you go into your Bookatrack account you can add details of the car to 'my garage' and then you can 'manage' your booking and select the 964 for the Spa booking. Much better than just having TBA on the list.
Now....where's Frank and that updated list?

Boxsey put forward a good idea that if we set off Sunday morning for the ring (1.5hrs drive) we can do our laps..soak it in and then head back to Spa in the arv to catch up with the other lads and have a feed/drink and convey back to the chunnel together. We also dont need to check out of the hotel and take our luggage etc with us so logistically its nice.
Other option is leaving Spa and checking into hotel at Nurburgring and then conveying back as a group separately on the Monday morning.
Decision just impacts the accomodation. If we go option 1 - we just book 3 nights through Ian at same hotel. If we go option 2 - we need to book the 3rd night somewhere near the Ring.
I quite like Option 1. Thoughts guys?

EUROTUNNEL UPDATE:
http://www.eurotunnel.com/uk/home/
Checking times and prices for the dates we need - leave Friday morning (Folkestone to Calais) / return Monday morning (Calais to Folkestone)
Friday 23/3/2012:
Option 1: Leave at midday - price = £47
Monday 26/3/2012:
Option 1: Leave at midday - price = £45
there are other times around this...all ranging from £42-£49 euros each way so its going to be £92-£100 for a return ticket. Trains leave every 30 mins by the looks of it.
Boxsey - any advice / tips on this please let me know.
Once we agree a time for the booking we can start to book this up as well. That should lock in the key elements of the trip.

Timings for the crossing sound good to me but I'll check with Ian as he's the expert on these Spa/'ring jaunts. (as if you hadn't guessed already!)
For the hotel I'm now keeping a list of names and night required and passing this information to Ian. This saves you all having to e-mail him separately. Currently I have:
Boxsey911: Fri/Sat/Sun
Cheeksyboy: Fri/Sat/Sun
Freedman: Fri/Sat/Sun
Alex: Fri/Sat/Sun?
Bigunit: Fri/Sat/Sun?
Frank: Fri/Sat/Sun?
Ian: Fri/Sat
Liam: Fri/Sat
Question marks are just in case I have the last day wrong.
BTW Ian will be bringing his good lady along. Anyone else bring a partner or friend? If so, I'll need to know for your hotel reservation.
