All - as an update. Jonny came back with a revised price given the size of our party. Just seeing if he will do a cheaper rate if we can get 10+ people on one booking. I will see what he comes back with.
His view is we would need to book by end of Nov to get the discount though. Get the credit card ready!

The dates are 99.9% confirmed for Spa. Best price is as follows -no VAT payable
1 day - £250
2 days - £450
Jonny can also throw in a few F1 garage for every 5 cars booked as part of our group. Supposed to be huge.
If no objections I will let him know we are going to lock it in and I will set up an account/name we can book under.

And he's right the F1 boxes are usually charged at huge rates, so even getting just one of those for us to use is even better.
It will end up being cheaper to do 2 days at Spa than it will be to do one day at Spa and half a dozen laps of the 'ring!

We (well Ian really) have now secured rooms at the hotel which is here:

The cost is 60 euro per person per night. This includes continental breakfast and a set 4 course evening meal. Having stayed there and sampled the food I can assure you that this is a great deal. The only extra you will need to pay for is your beer
We have provisionally booked 6 twin rooms but can increase or decrease this as necessary. To reserve a room you will need to contact Ian and let him know what nights you want to stay and if you have any preference to share with someone. Send ME a PM and I'll give you Ian's contact e-mail. There's no deposit required but please only reserve a room if you're definitely coming on the trip.
Ian can provide us with a suggested route to the hotel and also a suggested route from the hotel to the 'ring for those that want to go there on the Sunday (it's about a 1.5 hour drive IIRC).

Will do bud but which night do you want? Just the Friday? Are you intending to drive to the 'ring straight after the trackday on the Saturday evening? I thought the plan for those going to the 'ring aswell was to drive there on Sunday morning?
