With the loom in place, we could then fit the modified heater box, or more correctly cooling box since it only has functional airconditioning.

The modified bulkhead panel and main fuse board slotted in next. Plugging up the fuse board is not as intimidating as it seems, all plugs are letter, colour and mechanically coded so they only fit in the correct positions.

Brake reservoir, fluid delivery pipes and pressure pipes are now installed, so pretty soon we will be ready to add the fluid & bleed the brake & clutch systems.

And finally for the day we had to make adjustments to the 911 headlamp bowls we used to accomodate the 964 loom but with provisions for the 911 indicator wires and oil cooler/ac fans. Owen did the deed by opening up the existing holes carefully with a die grinder; touch of paint on the edge and the loom was soon in place. Loose wires are for the yet to be connected indicators.

Very nice 9M build

What the 9M are you going to do with fuel expansion tank once the 9M centre fill has been fitted?

Will you just fit a breather with a 9M roll over check valve?

Great shots RP993!
Nice angle of the 964 shell.
It's cool to see how everything connects to the engine case.

maybe a dumb question - but do the 930 tail lens's and the center piece fit on a 964 without modifying?

Could be a good alternative to buying new tailights and then having them fade again...

Stunning!

Think it will be ready before the 1st of July to flaunt its Orange stripes in anger when Holland wins the European Championship final?!

Colin, what's that material lining the inside of the rear wheelarches, if you don't mind me asking?
