    Colin -
I did not realize that you sold a Motec 84 System for the 964 - Wish i would have know that several months ago. Have been reading the post in the 993 Forum with interest, but that seems to have faded out. I have set up the Motec 84 and tuned in on Dyno run and power is good. BUt, I have a VArioram and am having trouble getting the car to idle smoothly. The car will idle at 850 - 950 + but it lops ( idle speed goes up and down). If I give it a little gas it will smooth out at around 1150 and run smoother.
On the Varioram is it necessary to keep all the hoses and control valves on the front left of the Varioram. I need 1 line for vacuum (canister) for solenoids and 1 line for brake booster. But do you need all the additional accessories that are there in the stock configuration ?

    Hi Colin,
I have just been looking at the photos you posted of the Club night you had at Ninemeister. I need to purchase the same air ducting inlets you have on your RSCS because the ones I have on my RSR clone do not have the small light in them which I need to keep the car roadworthy. Can you tell me where to purchase them please.
    Regards,
    Michael Herrod(RSCS)

    Hello Colin,
I own a 964 where following main modifications have been made to the engine:
3.8l kit; lb2kit including maf and bigger throttle; 288*cams: Carillo rods; [email protected] exhaust with sports cats. The engine provides 330hp.
We are still using the stock 964 injectors with the stock fuel pump. Do you think it makes sense to install 993 injectors and 993 fuelpump?
Thanks in advance for a reply.
    Kind Regards,
    Pol

Hi, you commented a while back that you like the Gemballa LM wheels for the 993. There is a set of 18" here in California for sale. I have a 993 S, and want to know if they are workable on this car. Owner doesn't give much assurance on fitment. Offsets are FR: ET52 (9" wide), RR: ET62 (11" wide).
    What is you recommendation?
    Kind regards
    Robert

Hi, are you still offering the 9M/4T heads + cam package for the 993NVRs, shipped to US (Seattle)?? I'm still in the project research phase but was reading through one of your threads from 2006.. and 350bhp N/A caught my eye Thanks for any info you can provide! James

Hello I have put a eye on your post "In relation to the 964 injectors, I firmly believe that they are inadequate for a stock engine and that you only "get away" with using them because the stock ecu runs them practically fully open at full power. In my view if you are not prepared to address this issue first any subsequent modifications you do to your 964 engine would be a waste of money.
    "
and was wondering what you thought about this and putting larger injectors in a stock engine with a chip and some exhaust pipe change outs. Are you saying a car should produce more HP just from changing the injectors ?? At least a few HP anyhow thanks Randy

    Hello Colin,
I've found your topic about the renovation kit for C4-Diffs Slave Cylinders and I'd be very interested to purchase a double set (for each cylinder), if still available.
    Thanks

I met you a couple years ago in Monterey and was very impressed with the 993 speedster you built for JPP. I have a good friend who recently bought a 94 Speedster. The previous owner installed aftermarket speakers and tweeters and made a mess of the door panels. My friend bought replacement door panels, but they ended up being poor quality and are missing the aluminum channels at the bottoms inner portion. Porsche no longer sells these and we have had no luck sourcing from a dismantler. Do you either have a source for these or could you make and sell us a set?

    Thanks, Dave (C4S Dave)
