So, we got Alan’s car back on the dyno last night. I won’t spoil all the surprises but the power number starts with a 4. Went for a ride in the car and I am beyond impressed. All I could do as a passenger was cackle and yell obscenities haha! Video with all the fun will be dropping next Friday.

Honestly the G25-660 is a monster. The car has no business being any faster than it already is. We are waiting for some feedback from Garrett, and potentially TTRS cams could help. Transaxle is fine here but it might not be happy with a G30-660. Unless you are planning on a whole lot of tire and potentially aero i wouldn’t hesitate getting a G25-660, just make sure you go .92 housing.

Early 944 Tachometer wiring
Alright guys, here's how it's done. Green wire at the molex connector by the brake booster, snip snip, then run an extension wire into the cab to the blue/white wire on the tach/spd connector for the PE harness. Then, take the cluster out and snip the black wire seen here next to the solid green wire. Send 12 volts right to this guy and the tach will work. Easy

A G30-770 would be bananas haha. We need to find the actual limits of the engine before we do too much to Alan’s car. We are trying to get PE to let us throw an engine on their dyno to do some destructive testing
