Alright so here's a guestimate going off your 1/8 data on the latest time slip
97.41 - 124.32 mph in 4.027 sec. That equals roughly 156 - 199 km/h in 4 sec.
100-150 km/h should be around 2.5-2.8 sec for your car so I would guestimate your 100-200 km/h just below 7 sec. A 6.x 100-200 time is very good.

Thanks for doing that. I'll have to see how that compared and also see if somebody at the track has a GPS tracker. I imagine I knock off a little time at lower elevation. My gyres would be around 100 in the 1/8th and high 120's in the quarter. I have no idea on the times though.

Duke, the 6 speed online list is to 130mph. His quarter e.t. was to mid 120's. So add a little bit for the extra 5 - 6mph. But for the orignal 100-200kph question, sid would be well into the 6's.

Yes as you can see my guess was for the 100-200 km/h. The 60-130 mph I cannot relate to as we don't do that sprint here.

LOL yeah. although 124mph is fairly dead on to 200kmh. 124.27mph. to be exact.

I guess we should have done the 60-125mph run to make it much closer.

All the of the street races I used to do when I was a complete idiot was 60-150mph. Although 150mph came up mighty fast with the guys I raced.

So Duke, if this were accurate (not saying it is) how would this compare to what you were seeing with a 3.0 gt35 setup? It's always nice to have a ballpark around the cars you respect the most..yours is one of them. Corleone is another along with many others.

Thanks! With my 3.0l 16v GT35 I only have a log from when I was still mapping the engine at 0.6 bar. It did 100-200 km/h in 8.6 sec at 0.6 bar on pump fuel. Would have been nice to try it at twice the boost and E85

IIRC Corleone's 951 did the 100-200 km/h in around 6.3 sec @ 1.2 bar on E85.

Thanks again. Some beastly cars for sure. I really do have to admit I have learned a lot from this forum along the way. I distinctly remember how I was very wrong in regards to pulling timing on boost. Coming from the background I did that was the norm, but with the type of tuning we can do it is very contrary.

So thanks to you guys my car is faster than it would have been. Since adding timing I have picked up quite a bit of mph...

I would love to put together a car this quick and take it to Gateway. People would just be in awe as the only 924/944 they have seen run that track are my old 924S which was stock running a 15.7 and another guy who had a 924S with nitrous that couldn't drive(sorry if you are on here).

Closer to 430 really. At sea level too!!

Maybe I should go get a 700hp dyno and post it lol. Nah, I'm happier with a real 450-500 rwhp than a sheet of paper......

Yes, it's a real shame the way things went. Things were a bit more fun in the past...no disrespect to the current 'listers. However there has been a LOT of progress even in 5 years.

There has beenca lot of progress because of groundbreakers, and the flow of information and shared experience sure did did not slow things down.
