Do you run any supplemental injectors?
I am running The Rogue tuning injectors, no supplemental. I was being very conservative and running it rich since I was at lower elevation and looking at my logs it was still pretty rich. I was seeing 10.7 afr most of the pulls (probably could have made a little more MPH by leaning it). I'm probably in the 90% IDC range I'll have to look. I did bump my FP slightly the las time at bandimere so I'm a little bit over 3 bar.

You may be out of fuel pump. I had that issue with the stocker but not with the 044. Or the injectors could very well be maxxed out. The ones Josh uses ramp up at high duty cycle so they flow a lot more than rated.

I really need to thank Josh because he has been very kind to try different tunes for me and now we know where the sweet spot is for this engine.

Sid - Remember these cars are not made for drag racing LOL

Great photos. I have been recruiting a group here in the ATL to go to a local drag strip in September.

Also, looks like you drove through my home town on your way to the strip, Ft. Morgan. No a very exciting place and a pretty boring drive out their. High Plains country.

Josh just sent me a new chip for my M Tune, hope he included some of what he learned with your engine in my chip.

I know for sure he did. You are going to enjoy this setup. You might need a larger turbo but it will be a fun ride either way.

Thanks Tom.

I'm looking forward to when some others take them out and give it a whirl.

I also now have a new goal of 130mph

Bruce,

I'm using the ones Josh supplies (GM gen3 I think). They are rated at 80# I think. However, he showed me the data sheets on them and they ramp up at high IDC so they flow a lot more. We are working on a solution right now to what I will need. I would just go with the same design but larger ones but they get pretty spendy.

Yeah I will be cranking it up really soon, but too be honest ,I think I have a bottleneck in the head or turbine housing. I'll find out pretty soon either way. I measure teh MAF voltage regularly on the track and street and I just don't see the improvement I should by raising the boost. I guess that's another reason I havn't cranked it up.

I totally agree. That pic was 3 years ago. My hair has grayed on the sides considerably since then. Its this project.. It's killing me. :P
