Gotta love the seller enthusiasm for his car. Nicely staged shots, car properly detailed and vacuumed, oh wait - never mind!
I am always amazed at people who leave gobs of cash on the table because they have zero sense about how to sell something. It is too easy to at least put the car in a parking lot away from other stuff, and clean it out just a little bit. Tells you a lot about the seller, and therefore the car.
Oh yeah, that mileage - 37000 - sure. Add a 2 before it based on the looks of it.

Clearly a car that spent no time in a garage for more than an hour or so.
37,000 is conceivable....

I don't know this car, but looks like it sold 6 months ago for $3,550. As the ad states, salvage title.

Pictures of the engine from the auction site show the twin dizzie in place as well as the stock fuel injection system. I wonder what happened to all of that since then. I see melted bits (fan shroud for example) in the current pics. So, there is a story here. It was probably a decent buy for what it sold for at auction, not so much at the current ask IMHO.

Will be interesting to see how it does this go-round. The general market is better than it was the last week of February 2020......

Edit:. Forgot that NY used to issue clear titles after reconstruction inspections back 20 years ago

A really rough 1980 popped up for sale near me, and I spotted this. What's the story with these seat controls? Maybe they were they just removed from the side of the seat when the cover was put on and just set there to retain access?
