I checked timing with Porken's tools. For street use, it was very close; I left passenger at zero and added one degree on driver side for a +2. It hadn't been driven much in 2 years since I changed the belt, so this is essentially the 2000 mile re-tensioning and it only needed 1 degree, I don't think I will notice much difference. Will drive it next weekend.

Hanging in the garage for the past two days. Fuel line replacement. Taking my time, cleaning things up, doing it right.

Found this glued to the inside of seat leather on the passenger side while taking the leather off today. FWIW, the number matches the one stapled to the bottom of the seat and also the option code sticker in the trunk.

I drove the 928 to work, wonderful drive by the way. Noticed another small chip from road debris.....but on the brighter side, it is not pristine so I drive the car as much as I can afford.

Got some interior and exterior bits from Mark,

Recieved notice from Rob that my interior is on it's way.

Tomorrows goal is to pull the rest of the interior out.

Lot's to go, clean clean and more cleaning!

Very nice Neil.

I opened the hood and stood around with my fellow 928'r and talked about 928s for an hour. Then he went and picked his up and came by and we talked for another hour. I shared some parts with him. Another 928 day.

I guess I'll take mine to work by the bay tomorrow. So nice out.

Mark, maybe we need a gtg/ drive here in SD in May, lets see what we can get going.
How about an SOB, Sharks on the Beach - gathering at Torrey Pines or Cardiff - ?

I'd be up for a SD crew drive to Palomar, down past Lake Henshaw, and across Mesa Grande.

Neil, I am liking this Palomar run. I love that ride on my motor cicle...Mesa Grande is so great in a 928.

I think a GTG - Drive n Dine would be grande.
