Ooh, I'd love to check out the N/A supercharger project next time I'm in CO.

You are definitely welcome to come and check it out... though it won't be for another month or so at the earliest.

No-change at the moment... I think I will test the 951 intake first.

Ah, the eternal joys of living so far away from my suppliers

*twiddles thumbs*
Really looking forward to my MAF + Cam key.

I'll be getting a dyno after I finish my rebuild, then again with the MAF And offset key in. Should be interesting to see how close to original power I get after a rebuild, then how much more I gain after the chip and key.

Will be interested in seeing the results.

Hey this might be the exact thing I need for my build! Engine management is on the back end of my callaway turbo swap, but this seems like it would fit the bill! Instead of the 5th injector callaway ran, I am going to use larger injectors and a stand-alone management system with a MAF. That barn door is not staying! I am at the beginning of the build so working this out will come later, but we can converse and come up with a plan. Im looking at about 310-340hp range. I see you have it up to 200rwhp but have some options?

If you head over to the website, you can see the details of the already existing turbo MAF conversion.

So with the na tune experience has any thought been given to advance and retard testing of the cam with m tune for the turbos?

Yep! After seeing, and feeling how much of an improvement advancing the cam made for my 944NA, I went out and advanced the cam in my 951 ~3° (I have a true adjustable cam-gear on the 951). The improvement was definitely noticeable - better power down-low, turbo spools quicker, and the car is just more friendly to drive.

Wouldn't advancing the cam (normally) increase low torque but with the expense of reduced top end power? Noted it is better on the NA, but perhaps it reduces power on the 951 at peak rpm?

Well, you can think of the 951 as a pressurized 944NA... I really haven't seen any 8-valve head that doesn't peak by 6000rpm. The cam-key helps everywhere less than ~5700rpm. So for the vast majority of RPM, advancing the cam is most likely beneficial.

Hang on - can you mod an early 24 pin DME to the 28 pin chip for this? Or do you need late/28pin? If you can use an early DME that would be good news.

Charlie, if the DME looks like this, then we can use it:
