If your car is an early model, then you will need the late DME. I cannot use the early DME.
I also do not have extra DMEs to forward. Best bet is to keep an eye out for a late DME.

I have a late dme that I am using in my car with the late afm. I guess my next question is turn around time then to send my dme up to you while I find a different way for transportation.

Thumbs up 944s different camshafts, MAF-Kit

Hi,
I'm Henry from Germany and meanwhile my '84 944 is upgraded to Joshua's MAF-Kit + 4° Camshaft Key. I can absolutely confirm, that this is a big improvement for the engine of my car. I drive my car ocassionally, not as a DD, but more as a vintage car.
Nevertheless I'm looking for more improvements, so I came across to the different types of camshafts used in the early and late 944s.

Do you think it would be a reasonable option in terms of performance to swap for a 944.105.155.09 Camshaft. This Camshaft closes the exhaust a bit later so I assume, in combination with the 4° Camshaft Key + MAF-Kit it could improve high RPM performance.
What are your thoughts?

Henry
