Sent the turbo off to the rebuild shop, pulled the AOS and replaced the seals, removed the FPR and FPD for replacement, ordered new ones and DME temp sensor. Got my injectors back from Witch Hunter and one was bad so got a replacement. It was bad before it went to them, not because of them. Got my new power steering rack (old one leaked like a 3rd world country submarine) and tie rod ends. Busy weekend.

That is real pretty, Hicks.

What's the wheel treatment? Paint, powder coat, plastidip? ;-)

In the middle of a complete rebuild and removed the engine girdle for a 2nd time to fix a set of threads that decided that they didn't want to live in the engine block anymore. So Helicoiled the hole, resealed and re-torqued the girdle.

Gotta love it!

put it back on the ground after replacing the spring plate bushings from mr moreland and changed the oem carrier bushings. the 'silent blocks' got the leftover windshield urethane treatment.

dropping one side at a time was an epic fail but probably doable now. everything came out. did not break any tools nor round and heads but I hate the parking brake cables.

time to string her up and level her out....she was spot on before I started but new bushings made my original marks a reference...this is going to be iterative as she settles.

Replaced the non-working clock with a voltmeter, the way Porsche should have!

Hi, is it possible your right rear wheel is a front wheel, instead of the wider rear wheel?
