Parked it and drove the Saturn for the day. Nothing like hopping into a trashy econobox to give you appreciation for your Porsche!!!!

Pulled off the driver's side door card to find and eliminate an annoying rattle, removed and reinstalled the front sway bar to get rid of an annoying clunking noise.

Today I will be taking off the starter and cleaning it. I can't get it to turn the motor over. All I can get is a clicking sound. I can pop start the car fine.

I guess I shouldn't have removed that heat shield.

I looked at it as I walked past it on the way into the house after returning from lunch a few minutes ago.

(It's currently apart for a new CV and vacuum hoses...)

Yeah, no more sqeak for me and the hoop spoiler will look a lot better than the rubber one!

I didn't really see a "clean way" to mount the relays, Im thinking i may have to bust out the drill or go with some heavy duty double sided sticky tape. Over all i like the harness but a few little details are annoying. The ring connector at the alternator needs to be a little bit longer so the soldered wire clears the factory washer. On mine it bent the ring connector about 45 deg off when tightened (either way). It works great though, the silverstars are pretty bright now, it was a huge improvement.

Tomorrow night is the rest of the coolant hoses besides the upper rad that i popped last week, and changing the transmission fluid. Hoping that gets rid of the wieird clank thats coming out of the rear on the drivers side under moderate to heavy driveline load, its speed changes with the shifts. I'm spooked.
