Drove it in fresh snow for the first time, other than getting a little loose when down shifting I had no problems stopping or going, you can tell the car is light though, it doesn't handle ruts very well and can get a bit hard to handle, so the shortish wheel base and little weight on the rear end don't help. No issues at all in the alley with ice and 8" of fresh snow on top, but it's back in the garage to dry off. Overall quite impressed.

ugh so my oil filer came loose a few days ago when my power steering pump failed so i thought that was the cause of all the oil >.< well turns out i am leaking somewere >.< filled up the car last night top of the dip stick few mins ago it was down to half way and my oil light was on so i put a bit more in power washed under the car again and will check to see were the leak is coming from tomorrow it looks to me like its coming from the balanceshaft seal >.< ugh well i guess i had to check the tension of the belt anyways >.<

Drove it up into the mountains, interstate going up, back thru the mountains on some very interesting roads at up to 8900 ft, with switchbacks marked at 10 mph back-to-back. A beautiful drive, and not a single hiccup or issue, in fact it seemed to benefit from a good run up the freeway. Makes it all worthwhile!

My left side balance shaft leaks but not enough to worry about it yet.

Put on a MSDS high flow air filter, MDS coil and plug wires, and a replacement oil sender. Now my oil gauge works. Now only the tach needs to wake up. Will try just putting on the ref sensor from the parts car and see if that does it.

Through mud and snow I was able to get the trailer containing my car out of our back driveway.. Then I did some first of the year maintenance and put my new street rubber on. Check out the photo of my old rear tires. lol
