I drove my car some, to and from work..

BUT

I did install another listers Zietronix in his car.. and ripped out the narrow band gauge that was connected straight to his battery (and was killing the battery while the car was parked!)..

I will continue to monitor the battery, and perhaps get his new SMT6 installed tomorrow... he is running quite rich.. we'll fix that!

Washed and waxed, it's getting downright warm around here. Drove it on errands.... sunroof up and windows down!

Finished the rear brakes, reinstalled the drivers seat, tensioned the PS belt and installed the belly pan... almost ready to drop her back on all 4 wheels. Waiting on the steering wheel from the upholsterer...

Picked up a Sony VAIO P series "ultra protable" laptop for the car. The plan is to hook it up in glove box, with it output to my Alpine HU screen. Connect mobile broadband and a mini bluetooth keyboard, so I have access to the net when out and about. The P series I picked up has SSD so will be fine in the car.

Finally finished with the interior for my purposes... except cleaning... my car is filthy!

the only other thing i plan on doing to the exterior is maybe a set of brake duct/fog light units where the current fogs are.

I pulled the intake manifold, etc. off the S3 and discovered where the oil was leaking from... the Oil/Air separator/filler. The O-rungs were basically flat. While I'm digging around there, I think I'll dl some detailing before I install the freshly cleaned/painted 968 manifold.

Also, I took the cam cover off so I can replace the chain tensioner riders. Got those ludicrously expensive cam cover bolts re-plated and will have the other ugly bits re-plated as well.

Photos to follow.
