took more things apart while waiting on parts to arrive out of boredom. Found more things that should be replaced. Ordered more parts. I'm officially caught in the cycle. And I love it!

I don't think the kit is on their website so you have to call and ask about it

$1,338 later I got her out of the shop again. Nothing like having a moneypit for a hobby. New starter, new vaccum hoses, new intake gasket to cure a leak, new thermo switch, new fuel pump relay, new fuel injectors, repaired minor wiring problem.... But boy did she drove great coming home. I missed her for the 2 weeks she was laid up. 83' 944 N/A

i did a a/c delete today. went down to picknpull got a alternator bracket off of a vw golf mk2. cut it to make it shorter, drilled a hole. heres the link i got it from. http://944spec.org/944SPEC/content/view/101/25/ the car feels alot better. well to me it does lol. im happy with it. i got a shorter belt, but it needed to be alil but smaller, but the part store didnt have a smaller belt so i had to put the air box up alil bit higher, but its all good. =] heres some pictures.

i plan on going to find a smaller belt today at a different part store. the airbox is purdy secure, it doesn't hit the alternator at all, i got it cleared, and cleared with the hood. i drilled that hole to move it up alil bit. the bolt sits in the 2nd hole so it chills alil bit more down.

I pulled my motor and am getting it ready for shipping. Now Im looking for its LSX replacement. I also did the hatch wiper delete, and fixed the hatch pins. Tonight I will be gutting the rest of the engine bay, and cleaning it up so that 450 horse motor will be comfortable in its new home!

Its spent most of the summer in the garage or the shop so its nice to finally have her back. Had the DME rebuilt, had the top engine resealed, and most recently put in a radiator. So today, after months of gettin it worked on and throwin money at it, I drove it! Man its nice to my '44 back!

Drove it to the local Cars & Cafe event in the hopes it would attract a buyer.
