What did you do to your 924/944 today

It is a bit glossy, but I like it and it will really hold up pretty well
The first picture is the before, after some rough sanding but it looked pretty much that bad, second is after, as you can see it looks glossy but it looks really pretty good, a lot better than before.
Thanks for the DIY.

Burning Brakes
Oil change, upgraded the headlights to Hella H4 German units with Silverstar bulbs, retensioned the accy drive belts (500 mi since teardown/top end rebuild)
waiting impatiently for my turbo rotors and pads to come in so I can upgrade the S to big brakes.

hahahahaha! i blew up another opti methinks...so i'm planning on drilling the intake manifold and putting an old school HEI distributor on the engine, pulling the rotor from the opti and removing all the high voltage from the old opti to stop the horror stories. hopefully it will work!
so for today, i trailered it over to my buddies garage (again), rolled it in, and looked it over...grrrr!

Removed the washer pump and disassembled it. Freed up the gears and cleaned up the magnet. Polished the armature and lubed the spindle then reassembled. Cleaned the nozzles and now it squirts over the roof. Anyway to adjust these things? Also checking the wiring from the speed sensor in the trans trying to find why the speedo doesn't work.

dooooooug....you never sent me pics of your new wheels installed...i require this!
i didn't touch the car today, for the first time in a month...kinda scary actually. But i did do a lot of research trying to figure out what will be the most cost effective way of fixing it. I was thinking about doing an old school distributor conversion, but that might cause some other issues with tunability and timing, so i think i'm going to try to pick up a used opti that i KNOW works, and install it...and make sure not to screw it up when installing it...
