But thank you so much for casting judgement upon us all. Due to your influence, I will no longer see Jeff Foxworthy as a comedian. I appreciate you showing the error in my ways, and ask that you forgive me for finding Mr. Foxworthy and this thread to be amusing. It will not happen again - for you, Mr. odb812, have shown me the light and the path to righteousness - I humbly stand here ashamed that I even thought at one point in my life that this was funny...
Oh, and if you think this is nonsense, then don't freakin' click on the thread!

back ON TOPIC...
- your parents won't let you park in the new driveway because your car leaks everything
-your neighbors commented on the puddle of power steering fluid/coolant/oil you left out front of their house
-you're more familiar with the underside of your car than your own bedroom
-you've never been as heartbroken as you were the first time your 944 didn't start.
-you associate the name V2Rocket_aka 944 with 'ADHD'

Are you honestly serious? This is a popular topic on many forum boards. Of the ones I've been a part of, I've seen, "You might be a Saturn owner if...", "You might be an MR2 owner if...", "You might be a gamer if...", "You might be a MR2 Spyder Owner if...", "You might be a gearhead if..." and MANY others. I love these threads because they are full of honest and sometimes exaggerated, light hearted humor.

... or during quiet, solitary moments, you harbor thoughts or suspicions that, in fact, your car is NOT a Porsche. Yes, it leaks everything, but so do old VWs and Audis. Damn....
... your fluid leaks start to blend and self-clean.

..every time you get into a new car, you comment on how big the dash is, how bad the visibility is, and how high off the ground it is.
..every time you get into a japanese car, you feel like your going to break it because the controls are so light
..you constantly consider buying a beater and converting the 944 to track-only
..other Porsche's give-away wheels are a huge upgrade for your car
..your car came with a spare transmission
..you buy up used spare parts "just in case"...oddly enough, every time something goes wrong on on the car, you don't have a spare

if you sold your 944S years ago and still have pictures of it.
if you still tell people how great the car was despite the fact that you only drove it for 10k miles. (current car has 60k on it from me driving.)
you run into the guy who bought it for his kid and ask how the car is doing (not his kid).
when he tells you hes replacing the struts you go into detail about how to do so before telling him that you did it 2k before he bought the car and what he really needs to replace are the torsion bars.
You explain where exactly in the car is the list of everythign you did to the car.
you tell him that if his son ever wants to sell he has to talk to you first.
you dream of owning a 951/944s2 with a v8 in it just b/c the oil changes would be cheaper.
