At about $170k USD plus 3% import fees, it's not really that crazy for what appears to be a highly spec'd Spyder.

it’s almost $50k more expensive than the next most expensive one…… it is a massive markup in the CDN market, in general from last summer the prices dipped about 5% but held, they may go back up again with the nicer weather coming and the end of production, but who knows

Anyone familiar with this market have some input on what a fair buy price would be on this car? I went in looking at a G82 M4, the salesman let me take this around the block and I fell in love. Has dundon headers, carbon hood, steering wheel but og parts come with it too.
The price seemed pretty high at first glance but comps are tough to figure out on these cars, especially being PTS. Msrp was $128k and change

If the ask is the same as MSRP I would say that is a good deal. Especially if all original stock parts are included. I wouldn’t want a carbon hood unless it was super well fitting and high quality.

If the CF hood is OEM I'd say it's a decent deal as you can convert back to OEM and sell the hood on RL for a good chunk of change. Think new OEM CF hoods go for around $15-20k.

Three Wheelin'
It's definitely a nice car, I would prefer buckets on that car but the 18 ways aren't a dealbreaker.
The thing is though, somebody convince me a dealer like that isn't sketchy? There's a similar "high end/exotic" car dealer right down the street from me and I just have this sense that I'd never buy a car from them. Just feels like spending that much money on a car I wouldn't be able to get the same peace of mind as I would buying from an actual Porsche dealer, or at least another manufacturer dealer that got it on a trade-in, with existing factory warranty.
Maybe this is the wrong way to look at it, I honestly don't know. Would most folks on this board feel comfortable buying this car from this dealer? (I do like a lot of the other cars in the background, esp. that R33)

Wow, I had no idea Miami Blue was a regular option. Haven't seen many out there. I've always liked the GT4 but it wasn't until I saw that color that I really fell in love. I'm too tall and fat for buckets so this spec is perfect for me, and I like the few mods it has.
I'd agree that most of these European car indy dealers have a sketchy thing about them. These guys seem to have a good reputation in the BMW/P-car community in the NY/NJ area though, and I was very happy with the salesman I dealt with for whatever that's worth. I also figure I can't go too wrong on a 7k mile car that's still under factory warranty.

Just send it for PPI at a place of your choosing and you’ve basically mitigated all risk, assuming you like the car and price.
TKX Performance in Huntington is very good for PPI
