For $129K, I thought it was a good deal for the miles/options. I called to buy it and they said it sold the day before

That would have been.

What makes you think it was sold? It is showing for sale at PCA for $150K with update on 3/29/23 and original publish date of 10/21/22.

That’s surprising considering your ownership history.

I had a similar encounter at the downtown store. Many of these airheads are full of it these days, and the other shoe is about to drop. Then they’ll come begging for your business - just as it has always been.

^ You'll get the last laugh. The ones full of themselves probably haven't done it long enough to realize when people are lining up to buy stuff at MSRP you could replace them with the take a number machine from the deli and the dealership would sell just as many cars. When the market turns and it becomes difficult to sell, then they'll be out of jobs.

Silver BaT GT4 did 129k if you factor in buyer's fee. Seems like a good deal for the mileage and options on that car. 3k over sticker on a 2020?

Wanted to give everyone a data point, one of my friends bought a 2021 Spyder with just under 6k miles for $126k with a $133k sticker (has buckets and PCCBs) from an Aston Martin dealer yesterday.

That's a nice deal for sure, especially considering it has the brakes you can no longer get even if you had an allocation. Seven under. He's flouting society's conventions. Lude, lascivious, salacious... outrageous.

I went to go see the car with them. They were originally asking for $128k but he asked if they were flexible on price and the sales guy said they will probably get around $125k for it at auction so they'll take $126k for it so I told him to take it (even at $128k I would have told him to take it). It was a 3 owner car and did not have clear bra on it but the paint on the front looked good. There were about $3-4k in too many options along with yellow gauges and yellow sport chrono (had yellow belts and yellow stitching) but it was a good deal under $130k IMO. PPI is happening tomorrow.

Sounds like a very good deal for your friend. Regarding the bra - I'd say a very small percentage of cars actually get PPF (obviously rennlist isn't an accurate representation the market).

So Tom you got a GT4 and then sold it and kept the 996 cars? Or this is what you paid for your GT4? Curious if it's the former as someone with a 996TT who just picked up a GT4.
