I would guess that more are sold at MSRP then with ADM, however you have must a good relationship with your local dealer for that to happen.
There was one available at MSRP incoming in the Chicago area as of a few weeks ago. That dealer did not want to charge a markup on it but they were previously burned by GT3 out of state buyers who flipped the cars. I offered to give them my Spyder + GT4 as a trade in on the car if they would give it to me at MSRP but they declined. Also a friend of mine that has no relationship with them but lives in Chicago tried to get it and they also didn't want to give it to him at all. In the end they ended up selling it at MSRP to a repeat local client.
So Englewood Porsche in NJ has a truly stripped Spyder coming in. I had this build slot for a week last summer but then switched to a GT4 from a different dealer, but I can’t get the car out of my TYD! It’s in port. I believe it’s not sold.

Yes, they have one. Just heard about it from my SA at Porsche Englewood. White with black roof. Would literally be the least expensive Spyder one could buy. If interested, ask for George, great guy to work with.

Someone could pick this up and drive it down the road to Deman motors and create a track beast (relatively) cheap!
More looking for a coupe for myself but for those interested in drop tops I know of a Spyder up for sale in SoCal. White, PDK, 2022, only like 700 miles, full buckets, steel brakes, standard tinted wheel color. Red/black interior (so red leather on the buckets with black alcantara inserts). Probably some are customer cars, and likely some are available but with additional fees (ADM).
Inventory is going up, prices coming down.
Cheapest is the NJ one noted above -- dunno if there is any ADM on that.
Most expensive one, this listing of an Arctic Grey one that came into Porsche of San Diego last month. Now with 23 miles sitting in FL with CPO and a bunch of MV added on.
