New/Used Inventory GT4, Spyder, GTS for Sale

FWIW, on a song I evaluated a trade option locally and am not selling my 718 anytime soon if this is the #'s they're fetching.
I have a 6MT 2023, shark blue on black with silver, 18-ways, no PCCB, with 10,500 miles. I was offered 115 on the trade, about 11k under the msrp on it. And a car that I was offering it as a trade for is asking almost 25k over.....no, it's not a 992 GT3 either.
Dealers are asking the moon for their cars and offering what I see 2020's auction at with 6-8k miles for my 2023.. Miss me with this game though. They'll be stuck holding the bag when the float comes due at day 55+ though, IMO. That's why we see cars asking overs sit and sit until they're back to reasonable asks at/near msrp, even with low miles.

Considering selling my 2020 GT4 and would appreciate input on reasonable pricing. MSRP was $123,710 and I am the second owner. It is covered by Porsche CPO until April 2026. Details below:
GT silver, 15K miles, manual, LWB, PDLS+, Bose, red belts, CF trim, CF sills, white dials, satin black wheels, leather/alcantara interior with red stitching.
Full-car PPF with ceramic. 5 track days on her. Tarett monoball camber plates and thrust arm bushings. TPC offset rear tow links with lockout set.
Appreciate any guidance on pricing, especially from recent buyers, as the listings seem to be all over the place. Thanks all!

The one TXshaggy posted above should be your freshest comparable sale. Similar MSRP, one year newer, fewer miles so it should bracket your upper price range.

damn went from $115k to a $127k bid on that GT4 lol, good way to ensure a win but at what cost? ($12k I guess)

Maybe this will help someone. I know I was shocked. My local dealership in Danbury, CT called yesterday to say they had a BGTS allocation. Obviously, I'm already committed to Isringenhaus so I had to turn it down. I bought 2 cars from Danbury in the past 4 years so not sure if it was a "good customer" reward that isn't transferable, but none the less, it's proof there's at least one more BGTS slot out there somewhere.

I actually inquired about this car about six months ago, at the time he had it priced at $134k. It’s a great spec for a pure driver’s car, but the lack of leather in the interior (which is why I suspect it hasn’t sold) gave it an original sticker of $119k. Even back then cars with LWB and PCCB (as rare as they were) and full leather interior were going for mid $130s.
If the seller had it priced at its current $125k back then and he was more local to me, I would have bought it. But at 11-12% over MSRP, during a time when most cars were closer to 5% over, plus the non-leather interior and shipping cost from CA to FL, it was a deal breaker. And in retrospect I’m glad it didn’t work out, with the car I found two months later.

There are some nice, low mileage, 4 liter Boxsters listed on CarGurus. Perversely, I still look even though I already have my 25. For everyone moaning loudly about the lack of allocations (and i was one of them), there are these other options. The one in PTS in Etna Blue is a manual and is still available. I would have bought that if I were still in the market. Easy enough to get the cars shipped. I still see some new ones pop up at local dealers in Florida and NH but they usually get snapped up in a few days.

I’ve been really interested in this car as well, but the owner will not budge on the listed price. Overall great driver’s spec but a little bland on the colors.

I don't know how people can spend 6 figures on these cars, and not spec the leather dash. A car could have every single option ticked, but if it didn't have a leather dash, I would not buy it. I've even noticed some 992 GT3's for sale in my country with the rubber dash, these are cars asking $500k+ (AUD). The only time I could ever see it being acceptable is if it was a dedicated track car.
