Plano just let a PG go in that spec.

Think just under 130.

If that were true this guy wouldn't have lowered his price to 125k recently.

True.. I was calculating in my head what I was seeing as “listed prices”, not final sales.
Im shocked this one hasn’t sold yet. At his point, he may as well take a gamble on BaT, with a reserve @ 120K

Also not sure if they've advertised elsewhere. Rennlist isn't the hub for sales it once was unless you have something everyone is very much clamoring for (special GT3 Tourings, 997 GT3, etc).

Yeah, lots of crazy asks out there…not indicative of sales.

Just did a thorough analysis as I prepared to let go of mine.

Had a long chat with one of the P-Car Marketplace owners.

While the sky isn’t falling, it’s not the crazy super heated market of 18 months ago.

Giving it back at MSRP is not a bad proposition

Why don't you keep your crappy comments to yourself, clearly you didn't understand what i wanted to say and my view points are purely mine and none of your business !!!

Not prolonging this discussion and interrupting the original purpose of this thread , move on Porsche dude's but its well known fact these cars are highly overpriced and not worth the money as they command. That's all i keep saying , like it or not ... too bad

By "crappy comments" do you mean something like calling people stupid for choosing to spend their money any way they choose? Just asking.

Best advice I can give is to have your own list of wants and must haves - LWBS and ceramic brakes aren't for everyone. Price is subjective, more important to know what you're in the market for. Wanting a manual and settling for a PDK could be a big mistake. Etc.

I actually inquired about this car about six months ago, at the time he had it priced at $134k. It’s a great spec for a pure driver’s car, but the lack of leather in the interior (which is why I suspect it hasn’t sold) gave it an original sticker of $119k. Even back then cars with LWB and PCCB (as rare as they were) and full leather interior were going for mid $130s.

If the seller had it priced at its current $125k back then and he was more local to me, I would have bought it. But at 11-12% over MSRP, during a time when most cars were closer to 5% over, plus the non-leather interior and shipping cost from CA to FL, it was a deal breaker. And in retrospect I’m glad it didn’t work out, with the car I found two months later.

We get it. You're very frugal and highly opinionated. That's great! You don't need to attack people over how they choose to spend their money -- adding "it's your money, do what you want" does not excuse you, either. The last two pages of your posts are dominated by what I'm talking about -- I didn't bother reading any further back.

If you find yourself expressing or defending your opinion about how other people are spending their money, perhaps exit the conversation instead.

Consider this a formal and friendly request to stop.

The pricing on the Spyder above seems to be FMV - I believe that will sell quickly.
$115-140K seems to be the current market depending on year, miles and options. The one I posted above will be a good indicator as that dealer has a long history of getting top dollar due to being located in the heart of Silicon Valley.
