Definitely gotta subscribe to this thread. Was waiting for a Carrera S but going to get a 718 Spyder instead. First Porsche, I'm psyched.
Checked this out locally yesterday and it was very clean. But they don't seem to want to budge much on price and I've been seeing sticker +15k or so as a max swing on a non PTS/clean car. And it's and still missing some things like CarPlay. The hunt continues!

So the joke goes something like this: "A guy makes a post on Rennlist saying 'My heavily optioned 2022 Spyder 6MT with a Kline Inconel exhaust system will be up for sale when I get my GT3 Touring PTS allocation with no ADM..."

It appears to be a new car, so it's likely the person who ordered it didn't buy it. I visited the website, and it appears only when selecting new inventory. It's a great-looking car won't be an easy sale, IMO.

So where do you all think is the Spyder/GT4 market like right now for a good build?
For me a good build is manual, steel brakes, LWBS, contrasting stitching interior, Bose, PDLS. Sticker of $110-120k depending on year. Without mileage, outliers, seems like CPO cars are trading for $125-$140k and private party are $118-130k? Am I off?

Thanks, appreciate the perspective. Yeah, BaT seems to be floating around sticker typically for well built cars, sometimes over a few grand with the BaT fees. Just making sure I'm close to good, not going to lose a deal over a few thousand, and I'm within that compared to sticker on what I'm looking at. I've given up on dealers, trying to charge ADM a second time around. Nuts.
