Haha. I changed my username to subwoofer to reflect what my car sounds like now to me with the BC Fabs.

Are you going to change it to GT3 next? Cause thats what guys at the PCA track days say mine sounds like with the Kline exhaust!

Haha. I like subwoofer. Maybe I will change it to Vacillator because that reflects my approach to most things including buying an aftermarket exhaust for my car.
Still waiting for the Kline. Day 16.....

I know there was one post earlier about DB at Laguna, just curious if anyone knows their actual reading? Trying to plan a Laguna road trip next year and wondering what DB limit I'll have to find a day for. Thanks in advance!

Sheeesh so even at a 103db day I will have to let off. That's too bad.

Edit: I'm realizing now you may have thought I was asking for the track limit. I know the track limits and was hoping to know how many DB the kline exhaust reads at Laguna and if people have had issues with the lower limit days.

Sounds excellent. Is that stainless with the factory valve programming?

Inconel
Factory valves with collars in most consertavite potion. PSE off.

I have that setup too and I swear the best tone is valves “closed” PSE off - the sound builds naturally that way and to me it sounds exotic and smooth. Any idea what RPM you hit as you went towards the second corner?

I agree. It's a natural sound with PSE off. After playing with it on and off and much prefer it off in all conditions.

I was probably somewhere between 6-7k in 2nd gear...??

Nice, that's a good way to describe it. Depending on the throttle I can still hear the valves open past 5, but if I've got it pinned I can't really because the noise / sound really builds up.

So you have your valves partially locked open and you are disabling the sound symposer with the PSE switch? Is it just to get an even tone across the low rpm band? Did you not like the factory valve programming with PSE on, in this exhaust and the intake sound in the cabin? What is the advantage that you perceive audibly with your setup? Thanks. Trying to understand your modification of the Kline's intended use.
