Satin black with yellow rim looks more muscular - and picks up the 12 oclock strip on the steering wheel and perhaps yellow door pulls?

Price aside, what is the reason you want to go from GT3 to GT4RS?
A fully loaded 4RS, I think it’s much cooler than a 991.2 GT3. Both great car, but 4RS is just more special and more fun definitely.

After seeing it without the camo I am torn. I know everything was done for functionality but I'm not a fan of the fender vents, the weird little misshape of the fender area just behind the front wheel and the changes to the wing. I very much do like the intact track and the visual difference it makes in the interior. Give some visual interest when you look in the rear window.

I'm sure I'd love the intake noises it makes as well.

I think the 4RS is pretty awesome, but am I the only one that wishes they went a bit further with wider rear bodywork and a fair bit more tire front and rear? Can't imagine it isn't going to be a bit tire limited...

Same here, a slightly wider and rounder rear fender would look amazing.

Would look awesome but Porsche would never do it as they don't have an alternative wider mid engine body to do this......

Was just told by my SA that they're not going to honor any custom builds. They're going to just going to take their allocations and sell first come first serve.

That's what my dealer is doing with their tourings.

That doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. For me, and I assume most Porsche enthusiasts, I need the car to be configurable to my exact specifications and tastes - Especially if I am spending what is for me a lot of money for it - And ESPECIALLY if I am being asked to pay some premium over sticker for it.

I guess they know the customer base better than me though…

It's such an ugly car, I'd have to have it in black to tone down all the busy-ness caused by all the black plastic they slapped all over it. And that wing really looks stupid on the car. Looks totally incongruous with the rear style of the car.

Oh well. I'm not rich enough to argue with them.

I got lucky with negligible ADM with my current car, and I don't have to give it up.

At least this isn't what the real world is dealing with on housing and econocars...

Totally bizarre because all Porsches are custom builds. They are either spec’ed by the dealer or the customer. Perhaps they just want to ensure they are all as expensive as possible. Perhaps if you agree to their usual add-one like navigation they will honor you with a choice of color at least

Eventually the economy will turn on the dealerships and I hope we remember the ones that treated us well when they didn’t have to.

This makes no sense. Maybe that particular dealership is saying we spec’em , you buy em, but that’s not the case with at least one dealership I can think of.
