25% more than a regular 718 GT4, the 718 GT4 had 122kg (268 lbs) of rear downforce at vmax.
You can find the numbers for the GT4 here:

At the car’s maximum speed, there is a total of 122 kg of rear downforce. Sideblades for the lateral air intakes improve the supply of processed air and cool the engine compartment of the Cayman GT4.
The 991.2 GT3 RS downforce numbers are discussed here:

I have a Porsche GT2RS document with lots of technical information.
The picture below is for the GT2RS at 211mph, the .2GT3RS produces even higher downforce numbers, this is what Porsche published:
.2 GT3RS:
Standard Aero Setting: 750 lbs
Race Aero Setting: 992 lbs (max rear wing and removed front tabs). I also removed the inner fender grill for a little extra downforce, a trick from race teams, and only documented for street cars by SRT on the Gen5 Viper ACR.
These numbers are for the GT3RS are at 186mph.
The .2 GT3 produces 342 lbs at 196mph (a little over 300 lbs at 186mph).
The 991 Touring produces just 110 lbs at a higher 199mph (under 100 lbs at 186mph).

I disagree, but my mom still dresses me. IMO wheel should have contrast, and I don't like different hues together - even if "blue".

One of the major advantages of the 992 GT3 over the 718 GT4 RS is downforce

Anyone notice the weight figures on the US website (GT4 RS is 101 pounds heavier than 992 GT3 with Manual and 63 heavier than PDK GT3) and GT4 RS comes standard with LWB seats?

Not to me, but I'm sure somebody. I remember when people laughed when I said these cars will cost about $170k with typical options. My GT4 stickered at $124k. The same in RS form is $166k. Add even low end ADM and you're over $200k.
But as others have said, similar spec GT3 will be over $250k right now. My spec in GT3 form is about $200k sticker.
What will be interesting is if all of those people who whined that 'Porsche never puts a real engine in the Cayman, with 500hp the mid engine platform will rule, blah, blah, blah...' actually buy this car over the GT3. We probably will never know, given how few will be built and the sad reality that most will just get locked away in a garage/hangar somewhere.
