In the configurator link everyone provided, I see it as a +$12,830 option - and I have the WP selected.

I can't find the options to partially paint the hood, or select an actual PTS color.

Damn, that motor has made this interesting all of a sudden. AP said it's not a limited model with 2-3 years of production. So maybe it will be obtainable (eventually) too.

neither, more for grey, silver or white. They would clash with SB or GB.

Anyone notice that most of the big options are 10-20% cheaper than on the GT3? Wheel color, Paint, PCCBs, Buckets, etc.

Does anyone know the downforce figures of the car? How does it compare to GT3/RS?

I wonder if the upgraded suspension bits will fit on the GT4?

Sean in Texas - "In the configurator link everyone provided, I see it as a +$12,830 option - and I have the WP selected."

On the USA configurator if you select Custom Color (PTS) it will ask you to choose between Arctic Grey or Deep Sea Blue stitching and the price increases by $28K.
When you scroll down to Packages the box for Weissach Package is selected.

Shame that PTS isn't a stand alone option.

This makes the standard Z06 look conservative.
I'll buy one anyways and keep the manual GT4, because Porsche.
Not a fan of increased induction noise, the Z06 with it's cabin isolated from the engine compartment wins here, and I prefer the sound of a V8.
The side quarter windows give better visibility compared to other MR cars, now that advantage is gone.
The GT3 looks better and has a better suspension, too bad the engine is in the wrong place still.

Apples and oranges. The new Z06 is going to perform between the 992 GT3 and 992 GT3RS. It has substantially more horsepower and torque, much more efficient from a drag perspective and still has a lot of aero. Comes with CF wheels that will be lighter than magnesium and the suspension of the Corvette is ahead of the Porsche (honestly it always was even going back to base C7). I suspect it will be 10% better than the GT3 but not as good as the GT3RS. GT3RS will have 1300-1400 lbs of downforce and be like the Viper ACR-E.

I'm looking for a dual clutch track car, so both are apples. :)
