Thank you confirming! Congrats to these owners since King should arrive in SD 12 days ahead of Jiuyang.
It's funny, my TYD on the computer still shows me at the port.
When i log on with my phone, it says i left the port, and a map shows my position currently in the English Channel. I hope the phone is right.
Remember, we are 8 hours behind Germany (until March 31st and we will then be 9 hours behind) and the listed times on the port's site are CET
So the Blossom will arrive at 3 AM PDT on Fri 3/22 and depart at 3 PM PDT on Sun 3/24
I have several meetings with colleagues in both Germany and UK several times a week so I am hyper aware of the time difference
Looks like we were both wrong. 3am went by and they didn't dock in Emden, and the app is showing a generic 22 Mar 00:00 which is long gone, so who knows when they will dock in Emden.

Dangit, Marinetraffic shows its ETA is at about noon PDT today. Seems like all three RORO docks in Emden are full so the Blossom is waiting for a space to dock.

TYD is still delayed for me as well. However, I got confirmation this morning from my SA that I am indeed on the King Quest. I wish @zanary , @FileTitan , and @Marin Vizsla were my shipmates but I am crossing my fingers you all make it onto the Blossom this weekend
Thanks. I'm happy some of our Emden cell mates got free yesterday though and arrive in San Diego two weeks early.
To the other posting about Jiuyang: Yes, I keep hitting refresh in Vessel Finder to see if it's moved out of the offshore parking lot but it's still there after arriving late night. It's still ~1 day early per the schedule. Hopefully, Sumire Leader, Galveston Highway and Hoegh Osaka will finish loading. It's funny (or tragic?) that between late Jan until Mar, there were barely any ships. Suddenly, VW Group seemingly has opened the flood gates.

I find it fascinating that a collection of Porsche fans are monitoring the real time ship traffic 3/4 around the world to track the oceanic transportation of their cars. I don't know about the rest of you but my refresh button will be very active the next month.
I see SUMIRE LEADER has fueled, the tugs pulled away and the pilot boarded. Jiuyang Blossom started its journey into Emden. I'm watching to see if the pilot transfers from SUMIRE LEADER to Jiuyang Blossom as they pass.
It's almost 11 hour late, so does that mean:
(1) It will have 1 hours less to load vehicles, which means not all cars will get loaded
(2) Will they depart 11 hours later to make sure that all vehicles on the manifest are loaded and heading to us owners
They were originally scheduled to depart Saturday 3pm Pacific (option #1 above), but if they delay it the same number of hours, then it will depart at Sunday at 2am Pacific...
Disclaimer first: I'm not a shipping logistics planner, I only play one on TV...
One would think they SHOULD load all assigned cars even if the ship is running late. It just means subsequent ships will get delayed. The only scenario I can think of where they may leave cars behind is (for example) if the truck from the factory didn't arrive in time at Emden and those cars weren't ready to be checked in and loaded.
Also: if you look at the Glovis schedule, the ETA for Jiuyang to arrive at Emden is March 23. It's still March 22 in Germany so technically, it's half to one day ahead since it's docking now.

Anyone knows what happens (#1 or #2 above)?

Now that Jiuyang Blossom is docked, we are all going to be on the edge of our seats waiting for the TYD email from Porsche indicating we are moving to the next stage. Best of luck to us all!
