By chance, is the owner of this auction on RL? It's a 2012 Carrara White Spyder with carrera red interior, PDK, and PCCB. VIN ending 45076.

Out of curiosity for those that know how to interpret the DME overrev reports, how long was he in range 5 and range 4? Seems like from the limited information discussed in this thread, the current owner is the one that money shifted vs him buying the car with the overrev from the previous owner. If so, that seems like the money shift cost him some money for this sale as it looks like he's going to take a pretty big hit before he unloads the car.

I saw that auction and it's been sitting there. Guess the Range 5 has scared off everybody.

Another Carrara White CR. This one probably had some track use (3rd radiator, GT3 brake ducts, Girodisc rotors) and was a driver like it should be... 80,000 miles! This will be a good data point for those of us that like to put the miles on our cars ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Zach you are right, this is pretty much the spec the "purists" are looking for (buckets and manual) and single owner, and this car may have the most amount of miles I have seen on an R. Based on the upgraded rotors, brake ducts, and added radiator, it seems to be owned by a knowledgeable enthusiast too. Very interested to see where this lands.

I'm skeptical. The only people I know with the combination of those mods on their car, track their car - especially the GiroDisc. Not that I mind a car being tracked, or even over-revs for that matter... cars that are tracked are cars that are well cared for and kept up with on maintenance, in my experience.

The overrevs statement was actually from the actual seller on the BAT auction. If you go to the completed auction, look in the comments from 9/30/21 at 11:49am from massflyer as that was the seller. He/she goes on to talk about the questioning of the paint and the range 4 and range 5 overrevs. Yc911Kid in an earlier post in this thread mentions that apparently someone went to do an inspection and calculated the amount of time it spent in the overrev ranges.
I never saw a report and the new listing doesn't show a report so I would definitely want to see an official report on this car. Again, it is a BEAUTIFUL spec but....this report (lack thereof) does cause some concern.

There's the issue - Miggytosh and I were talking about the silver-wheeled Spyder that sold on C&B being a great deal (you posted a link to it), not the black-wheeled Spyder that sold on BaT and now on Issimi.
