I think its 7 in total IF you include the screw at the handle that causes all the problems. Not 100% sure though. Memory is an unreliable thing.

I managed to get a look at a HiFi door pocket last night and I think I'm close. I'll know as soon as I get a few last measurements back from srbean, hopefully before next weekend. next is to talk to my printer and decide on finish and then, all thats left at that point is to take orders and have them printed.

This is one side of the piece I'll be sending out for testing. I took the top off to make spotting where it's on and where it's off easier. I'll send its reverse side with a top to get the best of both worlds.
I had a Hifi car at my house for a short period of time and made some quick adjustments to the original shape so I'm hoping that this is spot on.
I'll get these prints on Monday evening and send them out for testing on Tuesday. Hopefully, I'll have the data back I need at the end of the weekend and then I will be ready to take orders for either Hifi or non-Hifi.

Okay hifi test fit is complete.
The passenger side had the lip and could use a mil to half a mil to the height maybe a half mil width to be picky and mainly the top overhang with a bit more projection.
The drivers side was without the lip, confirmed the added height needed, just a tad more width and again the projected top would make this an ideal fix.
Please note my 250 purchases From Scottsdale Porsche are not installed including the door storage rubber mats which are the same as the center console.
Fun stuff thanks g! Please let me know what else I can be of aid in making these work for us hifi folks!
Before
Passenger test fit.
Passenger overhang showing gap.
Drivers side
Drivers side nastiness....good lord these will be sweet!
Need just a tad mor height (I have poor mm skills) it shows the overhang requirement.
Flash decided to play. Tad short, needs overhang.
This may show the height needed a tad better.

Thanks for all of this everyone!

Sorry, you'll have to be a tad clearer.
Your door pockets are missing the floor. Does this account for the missing height?
Can you take the screw out of the pocket, put the piece in and then re-attach the screw for the best data possible. I need to see how the screws line up. They should be perfect.
I think the width issue is being caused by you door pocket spreading apart at the crack as this isn't evident on another hifi car I tested it on. Can you push the outside edge inwards gently and see if the gap closes by a mil or two?
It looks like the shoulder needs to be rounded on the upper edge a touch more to properly fit but I can't be 100% sure until I see them screwed together.
Are you saying that the overhang has to be a tiny bit longer so that it projects further over the broken plastic?
Thanks
G
