Great vid. This is what the 964 owners need to be doing to their cars. Doug, good opportunity to have this done before you button up that front apron. it will make a huge difference to your pad and rotor longevity on track....

Macca, agree with all you've said about the SI Track Tour next year. A further way to improve on it would be if they run the South Island Targa Tour again next year. That would smash it if we had a RSG group :-P

Thanks Macca - that filled the gap between innings....

Bloody annoying that in the photos they keep referring to the Cayman as a Boxster (nothing against Boxsters but I hate sloppy editing!)

dunno about SITT 2016 Macca. Would be keen but there is going to be a lot of competition for motoring $ next year. Targa, SITT, Sweden, not to mention possibility of a euro trip!! bugger - cant do all of it

Taupo track today was great. fine clear day and good fun. Not much grip though quite slippery in fact.

Yes Pete your recruitment drive in the 944 proved worthwhile, i'll be hooning around under 1.20 in no time eh! Just something to look forward to and I can see why a 944 makes sense if I want to get more track time. Especially if you can get one with a bit of track time and work done on it already. At the moment there is a couple for sale but of the 2.5 variety. Would like to get the big four.

Default Any Rennlisters from New Zealand?

New 19" Michelin Pilot Super Sports fitted on the RS60 ready to start wearing in with a run north early in the morning. Couldn't get 265s for the rest so wearing 275s. Looks sharp with the factory spacers.

Doug, I don't suppose you have researched what track rim options are in 19"? If the arms race continues I may need to put some track shoes on the R.

Yeah, will do. But I will make the calls in the order in which interest has been expressed.
