Any Rennlisters from New Zealand?
A written off 993 tipo is up for auction. Looks like it has 996.1 GT3 rims on it?

Through my association with CanTeen I've been offered the chance to buy tickets to a luncheon with Scott Dixon at the Big Boys Toys event on Friday 7th November Midday to 2pm prior to them being offered to the public. Tickets are $150ea, limited to 200 available on info@bigboystoys.co.nz
All profits to CanTeen.
I'd like to go and spend the afternoon there too. Anyone keen to join me?

I think this week or next. The colour sure is bright on the car. I'm hopeful that the exterior trim and glass will add a bit of softness to it. It is original Porsche Signal Orange though. I'm picking that it will stand out in a car park.
Dave. Great to see progress on the Pumpkin. Looking good!
Yes, Tony did it proper in the 993! It could have been any of us as it was pretty treacherous out there. I think Nige did the 944 into almost the same spot only a short time before. It reminds you of the dangers when you see Tonys seat is even broken!
Not sure if anyone has watched Mark Leibs 6 min 57 second lap in the 918 Spyder at the Ring. Ive been watching a fair few of these recently (notably, 458 Special, Mclaren and 991 GT3). The pace is another level up on those cars. It seem to corner very flat though and there's no rattles inside! Hes very smooth but at times his hands have to move so fast they are almost a blur and he is always testing the edge of traction on those front wheels for the slip angle. Quite incredible what these guys are capable of.
