Kamikaze wants to kill and be killed, Bonzai attack is mostly to kill, i'll go with Stuka dive-bomber. All that was missing was the siren.

First pass downright reckless. Dude must have thought he was superman after that, hence the second attempt.

Second pass, even more reckless and he didn't get away with it. I'm surprised camera car didn't leave more room based on first pass (even though he shouldn't have too).

If the passing car who rear ended camera car didn't get a 13/13 we should all revolt and go to NASA/SCCA. That makes me sick based on a racing incident for which I got a 13/13......this was no racing incident. Camera car must be sick as well.

VR, ...was the dude in the Cayman your client, LMAO
Agree. If someone did that to me we would be having a very brief discussion afterwards in the pits followed by a hospital visit.

There was another SPB that intentionally tried to run me to the grass on inside pass (once I was already alongside him) before the braking zone into the bus stop. This kind of behaviour, like divebombing, isn't acceptable in club racing. I want to be able to take my car, and more importantly self, home at the end of the weekend.

And you, sir, would permanently lose your PCA Club Racing License!

Sheesh! Between you and Yonker (and I respect BOTH your driving), lets let mob rule!

The only people that matter, the Stewards, have ruled.

Guy's now got a target on his back. Case closed.

Oh jeez I hope that wasn't me. If it was it was not intentional. Had a great couple of battles with you and enjoyed it thoroughly. When I could catch you that is

Nah wasn't you Streak. Figure per forum etiquette it's best they stay nameless. Noted for future reference. On the other hand when we were side by side I did you see drinking beer... and texting.

Dave obviously it wouldn't result in fisticuffs (I witnessed that behaviour at Road Atlanta after a far more innocent oops) but I would be seriously pissed. Wouldn't you? And I would like to go to work on monday without crutches.

Of course I would be pissed. And I would hope the offender would get a 13. But that is where it would end...

I'm not particularly angry with the reckless passing so much as I am with the inconsistency in assigning 13/13s......I would love to know the rationale behind that one....

I believe the OP stated that the Steward did not review video in the Cayman incident. That may have contributed to the lack of a 13. They must have made their decisions purely on what they heard when talking to the corner-workers and drivers.

If anyone had given the Steward the opportunity to review the video, their ruling may have been different. I have heard from one Steward that they have even reversed themselves, based on new video evidence, and reallocated as 13 from driver A to driver B... days after the event. But if no-one shows them video, I guess we can't complain.

I personally think that pass would be awesome in a Pro race but NOT in a club race environment. I think the spirit of the CR events is different and the 13/13 rule is rightfully intended to curb such risk-taking (for everyone's benefit).

^^^^^^^^
Absolutely This. The Steward is nuts to let this go by.
What do you have to do get a 13?
