Ferrari was real close until some bad luck. I'd love to see SV take it next year.

That young and arrogant Dutsch Duckface is also very high in that competition.

Hamilton and Mercedes are simply untouchable right now...a perfect match made in winner's circle heaven!

^^ That was the most epic find in RL post history! LOL...goes to show how much that guy knows about F1...hilarious, the most stupid F1 post, with Lewis now a 7x WDC! I doubt anyone is kicking themselves as hard as multi21 today...it is refreshing to know that he has been consistently wrong for YEARS!! Funny how he keeps exposing his ignorance on multiple threads/forums...LOL!

Nice one Lewis. Can't argue with results - he lapped Botas today....... Well deserved 7th title.

I think it will be a tie for "most miserable F1 driver" between Bottas and Stroll after the Turkish GP.

Amazing run from Hamilton. He could have played it safe and still won the championship, but he went for the win on a wasted set of tires. Loved seeing the emotion after crossing the finish line. When a guy who wins almost every weekend is crying in his helmet it shows you the magnitude of the achievement and the effort involved.

Brilliant drive by Hamilton and not just because he has the best car. Say what you want about him, but on race day the guy is all business, never quits, doesn't hear the footsteps and gets it done. I would love to see him retire and share the record with Schumacher. It was be a brilliant move and cement his legacy, along with lifetime popularity with the fans.

Quite an achievement at 35 years old. Still has a few good years ahead.

It's not EPIC until he makes a move to Ferrari and works on a championship there. Or better yet Williams . . . .

His tires in the winner circle said it all, talent to spare. And an amazing thread revived..

what top level sports person retires to maintain another persons records when they can stand alone at the top???? I, along with many other fans, want to see that record broken.
