Why ? my car is 2012 4s. you say that i can't replace my headlight ? you have test it with VCX SE ?

Here is the specific error / issue I am observing 'Control Unit variant Headlight (Central) in MCR data not found'

The 'Teach Headlight' function will initiate, but then error out after the first step (coding VIN). Any other coding request displays that error.

Have tried this with two different sets of lights as well as 2 different PIWIS versions and same result.

That‘s exactly why I went for a T6PT3G - was not able to do a VAL due to LEDs.

No issues with an old Piwis 2 however for a 2017 model. Worked just fine either, but this is around the MY where the „2“ ends…

I've been trying to get PIWIS III working w/ a VAS6154 clone for the past hour but it's not working, anyone know why? Here is what I did:

- Installed this image on VMWARE: https://mhhauto.com/Thread-PORSCHE-P...-CODING-VMWARE
- Plugged in my 6154 dongle running version 1.6.6 that I purchased from here: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/32568...-specification
- Downloaded VX Manager, and tested and everything working and beeping
- Opened PIWIS software and tried to diagnose
- Unable to recognize

Yep, I’ll give it a try again later today. I don’t think I need to install any driver or anything right? The 6154 clone should just be plug and play I thought

Have you a function on your desk to control VAS6154 ?
On my desk i've this function to control connexion with my VCX SE.

I just ordered a T6PT3G on Aliexpress, should be here in a few weeks. Will update to see what sort of impact it has on resolving my issue. I am hopeful that it helps, but cant help but feel like some other issue is at play here.
