Disappointed to read these threads about a two month turnaround. Zero communication for over a month is about when I would consider a chargeback, but I guess we’ll just have to wait. It’s a shame that a company making such highly praised parts is not being managed well.

Someone mentioned that the owner was having serious health issues earlier this year thus the issues with delivery and communications.
Not saying it's an excuse just something to note.
It took two months for me to get my shifter as well and I ordered in February or March.

Same here. Ordered shifter cables and a Soul exhaust on Nov 10. Found this thread and a couple others after no email response. Now I’m wishing I ordered that exhaust through flatsix or direct from Soul instead. Venting here but it would take 30 seconds on their end to cancel my exhaust order so I could order from somewhere else with better customer service, but now I’m just another order buried in their backlog.

I understand this thread has become a homing beacon for the shortcomings of Numeric on communication. They are on very hard times when it comes to manpower and until things change they made the decision for better or worse to prioritize getting orders processed, made, and out the door with the bandwidth they have. Please know these are really good people, some of the best I've met in the industry. Their products are fantastic and worth the wait whatever that may be, which is why we sell them. We have all their products listed on our website, and if you want to order them from us and have communication we are happy to fill what gaps we can. This may simply be "hey we don't have an update yet, sorry about that" but we're at least happy to reply. We've never had an order not ship when it's your turn through the queue or once raw material comes in.

For what it's worth we did get your 981 exhaust order from Numeric, it is in the production queue with an estimated ship week of of 12/18. It'll probably go out before that but with the holidays we aim to underpromise and overdeliver as best we can, it is the busiest time of year and our fabrication team does get well deserved time off for busting tail all year.

seems like they don’t want to be upfront with lead-times as they’re afraid they’ll lose orders.

I had a really good conversation with Numeric about their shifter/cables. He answered the phone and spent as much time with me as I needed. I installed their shifter/cables last week, fits well, looks great, works well. Really happy with their gear

Anyone know if Numeric Racing is still in business?? I purchased some parts from them several weeks ago and have not received anything. I've tried to call them numerous times over the last week but all voice messages have been unanswered. Email has also been unanswered. Just curious if anyone know what's going on with these guys as they seem legit but this is clearly not normal. Thanks....

Like @Spec C said, so much of this confusion could be avoided if they just put a notice on their website that said something like "Hey we're going through some stuff, lead times are 2+ months". Their products might be great but leaving customers in the dark like this is just annoying. Unfortunate (for us) that there aren't any comparable alternatives.
