Haha! John is quick, he beat me in 2021 by like a 10th of a second in the SCCA time trails at NCM. We were on similar tires. Id love to get John on A7s

He beat me by like a 10th of a second at 2021 SCCA times trials. We were on similar tires. Id love to get him on A7s

Took the GT4 back to CMP for a test day with Autometrics. I think it was the first event I’ve ever run where I was the slowest car there. I guess it’s too much to expect a street GT4 to compete with 991.2 GT3 Cup cars…. I did manage to shave over a second off my previous best to 1:41.46. Started the day on fresh Falken RT660.

Nice, I will be there Oct 7 for a Turn One day bringing the 987.2 TT car not the GT4.

Just for fun, here are my times in my manual 718 GT4:

NJMP Lightning - 01:12.329 - 7/17/22, tires Cup 2 N1, 718 GT4 with Emotion engineering front inner control arms and tension arms, drop links front and rear, and rear toe links, track alignment, AKRA oap and RSNV wing risers.

Watkins Glen - 0.2:09:662 - 8/28/22, tires Cup 2 N1, 718 GT4 with Emotion engineering front inner control arms and tension arms, drop links front and rear, and rear toe links, track alignment, AKRA oap and RSNV wing risers.
