Anyone have visibility into the carb review process?
Curious as to whether they got the modification proposals in under the wire and (better) if there's any chance they'll be rejected triggering a buyback for the later cars.

It is becoming more apparent they have " how can we not do it" rather than how can we help to get the owner through this . I finally called PCNA and they were very helpful and pleasent ..... we shall see

I suspect it's just getting the system up and running, people properly trained on what is and isn't in compliance with the settlement and the initial slug of applications that causes the confusion.
Of course, I accept the fact that I could be wrong here... time will tell if they are dragging their feet.

I don't think they're trying to get out of it. In fact, getting out of this - as in not meeting the participation rate target - would cost them more money.

just got another email form the claims folks saying that our drivers licenses are illegible even after I was assured by one of their representatives that they were completely legible so that is enough I'm done
