Just for the benefit of us all, @Roman ACS : the output screen resolution of the Mr12Volt device for the PCM 3.1 is 800 x 480 pixels (native resolution of the PCM), correct?

I only ask as I've found other posts about another vendor that did not output the native screen resolution of the PCM and caused images to be distorted and the text to be somewhat blurred.

Thanks for the response. Yet another reason why this is the superior product when it comes to CarPlay/AndroidAuto integration for PCM 3.1.

I'd like to know this as well and also what are the correct dimensions/size of the image (pixels, ratio, etc.)?

Edit:
Is the aspect ratio 800x480?

Is there any issue with installing the Mr12Volt on PCM 3.0’s with the SiriusXM module? I think the product is great but just wanna make sure I have everything set up before purchasing.

Can you PM me the instructions, I'm going to need them. My Mr12Volt unit is arriving on Tuesday!

Forgot to ask but, do you include instructions on how to install the unit itself?

One thing is screen resolution (we now all know it's 800 x 480 pixels), but has anyone done tests regarding the PPI (pixels per inch) to see if there is a difference regarding the screen's (WVGA) TFT ability to reproduce a higher quality image? There must be a point at which there is no sense in making a higher resolution file (bigger file size) if the PCM screen is unable to display it. I wonder if anyone has this piece of info. No sense in loading a 10MB image size (800x480px @ XYZ ppi) if a simple 500Kb file will do...

Regarding the instructions on how to replace the boot logo (with the aforementioned file size/resolution), I fully respect that each vendor must provide this individually. Don't believe it's fair to ask for one person to do all the work so all other vendors can benefit from the same information. To each his own.

Not sure about the resolution questions...

Regarding boot logo, I dedicate a lot of time to helping my Mr12Volt customers and I want to continue to provide them with the best service possible! Any of my buyers will get the files and info by email as needed.
