Hello everyone,

anyone tried to enable sports gauges on his Cayenne ? It seems it is possible to enable this feature.

what about launch control, is this possible for the Cayenne S to be enabled ?

Cheers,

I think you can, but only in years that had those options. I don't think it's possible on my 2011.

You are probably right about certain options available only on certain models. Macan and Cayenne probably different.

I would venture that the Cayenne is closer to the Touareg than the Macan as they're common across Q7/Touareg/Cayenne platform etc.

Definitely, I did see some mention of VW and Q cars in the menus.

I really want to see someone post up the module info on a Cayenne that allows the rear lid to close from driver door panel. If part is different, I can then assume I need that newer module or reprogram mine to that of the other module. Maybe they can even backup configuration from their module and send it over so I can try restore.

Anyone out there?

I have this on my macan, I can close the boot from the button on drivers door.

Happy to share the XML file which is from a control unit replacement procedure.

@9000RPM, i heard about enabling the sport gauges and launch control, this will affect the MFD and show sport gauge on the display. is this compatible with cayenne S 2013 ?

Cheers,

Got bored so decided to rescale the gauges correctly. Used a few online dyno graphs to get the points correct. Haven't worked out yet how to remove 9 and 10 from the bottom, I zeroed them but they still show. Also the orange ball still only goes left to right and not up and down aswell as it should. Really need someone with the new 718 or 911 to check the coding to see what's missing etc.

Cheers,
I have the base model so I don't have these features and never looked into it.

Hi Sterod,

if there is no turbo in the car, the max boost pressure can appear, I tested it on my car, it is listed. The issue I am not able to make it work, this requires some coding it seams. Did you succeed to make it show boost pressure?
