Anyone have a 2014+ Cayenne and live close to Staten Island, NY?

I'd be interested to pass by today to read o

ff the rear lid module info and see if 2014 allows to enable rear to close with remote.

I can let you change whatever you desire while I'm there.

PM me.

Here is my module info. Can anyone with a 2014 or 2015 see if part numbers are same?

Gonna try this in about a half-hour. Do you know if the launch control can be activated? (2011CTT)

That's a shame. The code 12345 worked and said it was accepted when I messed around with my vcds (unfortunately vcds has no option to do anything further on the porsche).

It also seems the same module is used across the VAG range but with coding for porsches.

I really feel like there must be away to enable it. Just can't work out how. I did use control unit replacement on piwis and edited the temp saved xml file to allow remote close push option which did write back change, but that didn't work! I can't seem to change it back to inactive using the same method or change it to the one touch option.

On a separate note I would appreciate it if anyone with surroundview/parkingAssit could figure out how to allow manual switch on at speeds higher than 10mph

Would also love to know if there was a set tempature or thermostat in the seating heating to allow it to be increased. Find mine done get hot enough for my liking.

Actually - that launch control display for the steering wheel is exactly what I'm looking for on my Boxster since I put the sport wheel in, which has lighted messages for "Sport" "Sport Plus" and "Launch Control"...

I don't think it worked.
I'll play with it more in a few.

Alas this does not work for the 2020 Macan. There isn't such a menu layout and the only two options covering the Heated Steering" are:

1) Heated Steering installed Yes/No
2) Short Term memory Yes/No

So I figured, OK disable Short Term Memory meaning that it would remember the last settings. I waited for the vehicle to power off (clock at 12 o'clock) but neither the heated seats nor steering wheel heat were on on restart. Thank you for trying!

siberian

PS I do have the latest Launch Porsche software installed FWIW

Yes there are thresholds for these parameters in either the Code/Brush->Rule Coding or the Code/Brush->Coding Value for steering and I believe seat as well.

Sorry I can't recall the exact placement as I flew over those looking to set the heated seat and steering but I do recall seeing temperature settings in degrees C.

I'll recheck in a little while but it could well be that due to different models and years some will not show up on your Launch (despite having the latest software). Thus I don't have the module F Sane IL showed and thus am unable to enable seat and steerring settings which he can. For the record I'm trying this on a 2020 Macan S.

It's a macan I want the coding for. I have piwis so can basically match up coding from launch.
