OK, it would really be helpful if folks posted their car and year.
Can you check if based on what F Sane IL posted you can see that menu he shows, because on mine (2020) that menu and options are just not there.
Next would folks consider 2014-2016 Macan Gen. 1 and 2017-2019 Gen 2 and 2020+ Gen 3? That might explain some discrepancies in what is and isn't available?

I'll recheck in a little while but it could well be that due to different models and years some will not show up on your Launch (despite having the latest software). Thus I don't have the module F Sane IL showed and thus am unable to enable seat and steerring settings which he can. For the record I'm trying this on a 2020 Macan S.

Turns out once I shut the car down and came back the coding took and now the steering wheel comes on with the seats. 2011 CTT
I still want to figure out my oil pressure to have it display in PSI and not BAR

Will check tomorrow to see if its there. I don't have heated steering so can't check but I can see if the steering controller has the option on my piwis3. I'm sure it does I remember seeing a lot of options when searching for seat heating.

This one ($75 but there is a discount coupon that pops up) claims not only the rear hatch, but it closes windows and folds the mirrors in (my mirrors already fold in if I hold the lock button down for about 5 seconds..)
