The best solution I have found is to set the start stop to activate to last setting on restart via X431.This eliminates the need to press the button on every start up. I don't believe anyone has found a way to totally disable it.
Just read you have a 2019 so not sure if possible on this model
Ok so I got stop start disabled with an X431!! I'm so happy!
Posting some screenshots to help you. But wanted to let y'all know it's totally possible and pretty easy once you poke around and know what you doing. The interface is a bit unintuitive, not gonna lie.
The key for me was going into "SYSTEM SELECTION" from the diagnostic report. Not at all obvious.

Good luck
do you have the link for the exact x431 model you purchased?
The error it gives on piwis 3 when trying to code the remote option for trunk is 29000 Negative control unit response:Security access denied (7f 2e 33)
managed to solve the problem with Security access denied?
maybe that is controlled on your phone - try setting the notification tone lower
No, I believe it's a unique tone the PCM makes with a Bluetooth connection from an Android phone. Both my Cayenne and 991.2 make the same sound. Changing the tone on the phone does not change what sound the PCM makes when getting either an SMS or e-mail notification.
