Ventrex is the company that made the FAL for Porsche, from what I've read-
If someone would like to contact them and ask about the compressor and parts:
https://www.ventrex.com/en/solutions...ic-compressors

So far, 14 switches confirmed, and I'll of course add 1, or two for myself-
I will probably place the order tomorrow after lunchtime, but could wait till Tuesday if needed-
Of course when this order gets delivered, we should be able to do it again, and maybe for the other switch (1.5 Bar) incase they're ever needed-
Best,
JB

Ok, I sent the email with CC authorization for the switches just now-I called to confirm but Eric the Manager went out for his lunch break so I'll call back in an hour.
I included a picture of the switch, with the metal/aluminum washer, and asked for them to send them with that particular one. The catalog mentions other types and materials/washers so I want to avoid any confusion. And, I specified to have them calibrated to 13 Bar, of course-
Best regards,
John

Spoke to Eric after lunch and the order has been placed. He said suco does not send/supply a washer, so I guess we'll re-use the ones we have-

Also, if anyone touched or removed the air lines, the distance from the nut to white mark is 1-2mm:
If needed, the tank can be emptied, the valve is just like a tire valve, pressure up to 17 Bar(!)

You shouldn’t need to empty the tank to replace the lift and dump switches.
if you do empty the tank it can take up to 3 minutes for the compressor to fill the tank to the required 17bar and actuate the pressure switch which in turn will switch the compressor motor off.

Last night the nose went up but "Lift" didn't illuminate in the dash. So I'll be installing my switch right away when they come in
I did hear the "swoosh" sound when I reached the speed threshold and won't use it again. Next step is to go get the 27mm socket.
Wonderdan and 00 Scrub posted pictures. I have a surviving Sears nearby(most Sears stores closed a long time ago), or Home Depot and Harbor Freight probably have the cheap suitable ones-I think Pep Boys got bought out by Advance Parts btw-
