hi guys, this is my 997, have had it for 61/2 years, I am 2nd owner. Bought it while I lived in Florida and then took it with me to Holland when I moved here in mid 2018. Car comes with the original decals as well so it can be made 100% correct. It also has rear seatbelts and was actually registered as a 4 seater when I moved here so probably the only officially registered 4 seater RS in the world 😀
The stage 1 and 2 over reverse happened prior to me owning it, none since then. Have used the car mostly for country road driving and took it around the ring once at slow speed for three laps. (My 964 was my car for track duty)
Car is fully serviced, pinned lines, etc and good to go 👍

I agree that the miles may be driving the price. 20K fewer miles and the price jumps nicely, given all else is in proper shape. The original decals are very nice to have too. GLWS Rikard. I'm guessing it'll be gone soon enough.

Merit Partners has this 39k-mile white/gold .2 RS. PCCB, FAL, and full leather. No price listed. Mods include a roll bar w/harnesses, Escort 9500 radar detector, and some sort of aftermarket exhaust. They say that the car has never touched a track which I find hard to believe. Also, the car used to have a massive stereo behind the rear seats, but that has been removed.
Current listing:

I agree re: Danny, the shop owner. He's one of the good guys. Solid driver on track, and takes good care of his cars. This has likely seen some track time, which is all good. 55K miles may be what's slowing the sale a little. Feels like a fair deal all around.

Be ready to buy some 10 year treasuries at nice yields vs rat'ed and tracked old sports cars for way too many dollars!

I can’t enjoy treasury yields but I can drive the hell out of sports cars that would bring me smiles and happiness.

Having driven and owned a bunch of 997 GT cars they wouldn't bring me happiness at that price but everyone's financial situation is different
